Born in Boston, raised in London, Kenzie May recently turned just 21 but already boasts an impressive catalogue of co-writes and collaborations to her name. From Bastille’s Bad Blood remix, to Sub Focus’s Falling Down on which she features and co-wrote, FTSE‘s Float to appearing as backing vocalist across a number of tracks including first single ‘I’m Aquarius’ on Metronomy’s new album Love Letters.
2013 gave us an early introduction to May’s solo talents with her track ‘Hide And Seek’ which garnered impressive support from online tastemakers. 2014 brings new material in the form of single Skeleton Key, whilst also giving Hide & Seek an official release as part of the EP. Debut live shows from Kenzie are in the pipeline to coincide with the March release – more info to follow.
