After recently raising over $5 million dollars in funding, Russell Simmons and co-founder Steve Rifkind’s multi-media platform All Def Digital (ADD) has announced the hiring of veteran marketing executive Liz Hausle. Ms. Liz Hausle is best known for her roles as VP of marketing at Colombia Records, and most recently VP of marketing at Roc Nation. During her time at Roc Nation, Liz involved herself in large scale launches and projects for major acts like JAY-Z, Rihanna, Shakira, J. Cole, DJ Mustard, Rita Ora, Melani Fiona, Timbaland, to name a few.
Additionally, music producer & talent manager Carmen Murray has been added to the ADD staff list as GM. Ms. Murray will be in charge of artist development and label relations across all All Def Digital platforms. Carmen is co-founder of Title 9, a company focused on traditional artist development, full service management, content publishing, music and television production, and consulting.

Carmen and I have worked together for nearly a decade. She’s a shrewd entrepreneur who’s established numerous notable careers.
